I design enterprise banking experiences across branch servicing and origination products, covering accounts, deposits, loans and teller workflows. As a senior individual contributor, I help shape product direction, simplify complex user journeys and improve consistency across Oracle Banking.

• End-to-end banking journeys: Translate user needs and banking requirements into connected experiences, from onboarding and account opening to everyday branch transactions and servicing.
• Research and design validation: Follow Oracle Redwood’s user-centered design process through four feedback checkpoints—clarifying user goals, data needs and current journeys; exploring future experiences with signature moments; validating low-fidelity wireframes; and refining high-fidelity prototypes.
• AI and self-service experiences : Design and explore AI-assisted customer identification, Customer 360, sentiment insights, product recommendations and contextual guidance, alongside self-service banking kiosk concepts.
• Measurable workflow improvements : Redesigned navigation from 220 menu groups to 29 and simplified a status-check flow from five steps to two, with observed completion time improving from about two minutes to 45 seconds during workflow evaluation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, banking specialists and multiple design teams to align user journeys, resolve dependencies and connect design decisions to product goals.
• Design systems and influence: Collaborate with the Redwood team on reusable patterns and custom components, contributing to consistent, accessible experiences across Oracle Banking products.
• Mentorship and design quality: Guide designers through reviews, share domain knowledge and promote user-centered practices and design standards across teams.
• Design tools and prototyping: Use Codex, ChatGPT and Oracle tools to support concept exploration, prototyping and design iteration, refining the results through design judgment and user feedback.
